week 5 - Sleep

Sleep
       In my opinion, sleep is very important. No one can live without sleeping. I need 8 hours a night for sleeping. I usually go to bed at 11 pm. and get up at 6 am. The lights in my room are off, The window closed and my room quite when I sleep. I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night. When I wake up at night, I listen to music and read a book. I usually sleep on my back. I don't move about a lot. I sometimes dream and nightmare, but I don't snore when I sleep.
